Team - London Marathon 2023
The day has finally arrived and the journey ends! Well done to all the runners, what you have achieved and completed throughout your training journey is insane. The fundraising, injuries, miles, and more.........
"This was my second marathon and I would definitely say harder than the first! The training went well. On the day I found it harder than expected with how busy it was, the final 7k was a real slog and I was glad to finish. Overall a great experience and hats off to all at RSBC who really made us feel part of a team, and put on a lovely post race spread!"! Cris
”He was despondent when he got injured, decided to try and start despite the pain and stopped because he was in so much pain after less than a mile. Here he is finishing and beating his target time. This pretty much sums up Matt in his work and personal life; he beats every challenge that is put in front of him.” Greg Collins
‘Super happy and proud of myself for completing London Marathon and raising £3,600 for Children with Cancer. The sun came out as I crossed the finish line and it really felt like grandma shining down on me!’ Millie
“£2,663 raised for the Matt Hampson Foundation. I am immensely grateful to all those who supported my fundraising campaign and gave me the opportunity to participate in this 26.2-mile party.” Elliot
